TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Novice Categories are for 1^st Year competitors only. Fighting. Novice’s can not be Black Belts or have competed at World Level. Novice can not move up categories or go in Advanced.
   
   
2. Fighters must make weight, when you enter you must enter correct weight division and make that weight on the day on our scales or you will be disqualified and not allowed to move up. If you register and you/your child have gone up weight please let us know 7 days in advance to change.
   
   
3. Categories with low numbers can be merged with the Division above without consent anything more than 1 division we will refund your entry before the day.
   
   
4. Moving up divisions – You can only move up 1 division in Points & Continuous, Novice can not move up. No moving up in Forms or Sport Sword.
   
   
5. Please read the rules before attending, this includes PPE & Uniform
   
   
6. Coaches Passes, these will be distributed to each club, 1 pass per 5 competitors, only 1 coach per fighter at any time and coaches have 1 minute to be on the chair for your fighter or assign someone else with a coaches pass to coach them.
   
   
7. Extreme Forms – you must provide your own music to sync with our Bluetooth Music System
   
   
8. Barriers will be up between Spectators and the Competition, only Competitors for the divisions running will be permitted to enter plus 1 coach.
   
   
9. All entries must be in 1 week in advance, no late entries

FINALLY

Please show respect to our Officials at all times during our events. Our Officials will be more receptive if spoken to in a respectful manner. These people give their time up on a Sunday for the love of the Sport and to support the Organisation, yes they are paid but its certainly not a wage, this is standard across the National Circuit.

Without these people these event simply would not run and disrespect from anyone will not be tolerated. If you need to ask the referee something then do it in the correct manner, we will not be stopping after every point to discuss.

Head Coaches please take this on board with your Team members. There will be zero tolerance on abuse.
